every year around this time i make a cherry clafoutis

50 g sugar + 1 tbsp extra
3 dl milk
3 free range eggs
125g all purpose flower
butter for greasing
icing sugar for dusting
a 25 cm round baking dish
preheat the oven to 180ºc
place cherries in a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar and set aside.
grease the baking dish with butter.
place flour, sugar, eggs, and salt in the food processor, mix for a few seconds, add the milk and mix to a smooth batter.
place cherries in the buttered baking dish and pour over the batter.
bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
dust the clafoutis with icing sugar and eat lukewarm or cold.
