lobster, halved & grilled with butter, garlic & lemon, is there a better way to start the new year?
except for the lobster of course…..  buy the lobster alive, place it, head first, in a big pot filled with boiling water, the lobster will be dead immediately.  let the lobster cook for 6-8 minutes, than take it out and halve the lobster lengthways. brush with lemon & garlic butter and place under a hot grill for 3 minutes. to make the lemon & garlic butter, mix soft butter with garlic, lemon rind, parsley and salt & pepper. image: susanna blavarg
