christmas baubles & blueberry muffins

140 g  flour
110 f butter
70 g caster sugar
2 free range eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
125 g blueberries
a pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp of coriander seed, toasted in a dry skillet
makes 8 muffins
cream the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs one by one, mix for 3 minutes.
add the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, coriander, stir to combine and refrigerate for an hour.
preheat the oven to 200ºc
fill each muffin case just over halfway, stud each muffin with 8 blueberries. 
bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
sprinkle with powdered sugar.
