NEW YEAR'S EVE

we're celebrating the last day of this year in a small village near alba in piemonte, the gastronomic heart of northern italy
dates stuffed with goat's cheese, wrapped in prosciutto & baked in the oven for a few minutes and a festive salad of bitter leaves with a balsamic dressing, images: mikkel vang, let there be light, image ginny branch
