CHRISTMAS EVE

very easy to make and you can use any of your favourite dried fruits, spices, herbs or nuts on their own, or in combination.
it is important to use good quality plain at least 72% chocolate. 
chop the chocolate into small pieces. 
melt the chocolate au-bain-marie and stir in the majority of the nuts and spices, save some to top the chocolates. 
spread the melted chocolate evenly over a piece of baking parchment, scatter your toppings over the melted chocolate and then wait for it to set properly.
once it has set you can break up the slab of chocolate into pieces.
