more fish, today a nice book by philippe emanuelli and frédéric raevens
however, since the book fish is originally french and up until now only translated into dutch, for those who don't speak neither dutch nor french, we've translated one of the recipes into english for tomorrow's post. the dutch version, vis, is published by good cook.
