ramps like it grows in my garden, i love the garlicky smell when i brush my hand through the leaves. i let the leaves wilt like spinach, add salt & pepper to taste, sprinkle with good olive oil and eat on toasted sourdough bread for lunch, or mix a few shredded leaves and a few of the beautiful and edible flowers through a plate of mixed salad leaves, sprinkled with balsamic, olive oil and some salt. posted by leonoor image: linda pugliese
