hmmmmm…..meringues, definitely one of my favorites for dessert, and so easy to make, inspiring image, reblogged from hannas room. i can't read the recipe that goes with it so i give you my own.
preheat the oven to 100ºc.
place 4 egg whites in a bowl.
whisk on medium speed until the whites form peaks.
while mixing, gradually add the sugar and a pinch of salt.
turn the mixer up to the highest setting and whisk for about 8 minutes, until the mixture is glossy.
line a baking tray with baking paper and form dots of the meringue mixture with 2 spoons on to the baking tray.
place in preheated oven and bake for about 2 hours or until crisp on the outside and still a bit sticky inside.
let them cool completely.
spoon 1-2 tbsp blackberry jam on each meringue. finish few blueberries on top and some mint leaves.
