have a simple but delicious bbq with merquez, spicy tomato sauce and grilled corn. photo: mikkel vang, recipes: lenoor ottink

spicy tomato sauce:
2 cans of 400 ml tomatoes, use the tomatoes only, not the juice
2 cloves garlic
1tsp sugar
2 tbsp good quality harissa
bunch cilantro
bunch parsley
salt and pepper
place all ingredients in the kitchen machine and pulse for  a few seconds.

grilled corn:
use corn wrapped in its leaves, place on the grill and grill until the leafs are black while frequently turning them around, it takes about 15-20 minutes. sprinkle with salt & pepper and drizzle with some lime juice and olive oil
