how to make this healthy smoothie

(1 person)
3/4 cup/200ml frozen mango
1 banana
1 handful of fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup/100 ml fresh aloe vera gel (or bottled)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 cup/100 ml almond milk
1 pinch of cinnamon

in a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth. add more almond milk for a thinner texture.
