grilled prawn, so delicious. in a large bowl, mix the prawn with olive oil, a few cloves of garlic and a chopped chili pepper, seeds removed. leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes. grill the prawns for about 5 minutes, turning once. arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley and lemon juice. enjoy!
