chocolate truffles

300 gr. dark chocolate
5 tbsp cream
3 tbsp liqueur, i used homemade quince liqueur, but any liqueur of choice will do
1tsp all spice
cacao powder

melt the chocolate with the cream au-bain-marie. stir in the all spice and liqueur and allow to cool.
put in the fridge for 1-1 1/2 hour until it gets firm, but not too firm. form the chocolate with your hands into a round or oval shape and roll them through the cacao powder. that's all.
