spumante, or other dry sparkling white wine
pomegranate syrup, available in middle eastern grocery shops
a few pomegranate seeds per glass. trick to get them out;  cut a pomegranate in half, keep one half over a bowl, cut side facing down, and hit it with the back of a wooden spoon until the seeds have fallen out.

pour 1 spoon of syrup in each glass, fill with chilled prosecco, add a few pomegranate seeds and serve.
